Hi everyone, my name is Christian.
I believe in old fashion representation and making sure I am out and about meeting with people in the community. Taking this approach gives me a good opportunity to understand the concerns of people on the Sunshine Coast and learn more about things that matter in the process. This means getting out there and solving problems and being proactive, not sitting around waiting for complaints.
A local councillor should be contactable and approachable, they should be there to advocate issues to council and help problem solve.
I am an independent councillor, fully self-funded and I do not receive or owe favours to any special interest groups such as the development industry or others. I am my own man and I answer to the people who elected me.
My young family and I live locally in Division 6 at Palmview and recognise many of the challenges families face in today’s world.
